Collected all the elements required for the draft of the project (historical data, surveys, visual analysis, diagnostic tests), they are analyzed and compared with each other; on the basis of issues outcropped by these comparisons and their understanding, it may prepare the intervention project itself.
In the restoration of the surfaces, the graphic design is in form of elevations maps, with legends and reference cards. These products arise from the overlap of the survey of the materials and of the alterations: to each background painting is associated with an intervention or with a group of restoration operations, completely described in the reference cards attached, regarding the material and the forms of degradation found in different parts of the surface concerned. The graphs can be set in different ways, depending on the specific needs of the manufacture and the school of thought to which it refers.
For the structural actions will be established other graphic elaborates, which will describe by traditional representations (orthogonal projections, axonometric projections, general and detailed) the planned operations.
Finally, if the project also provides changes in plan, of architectural modify or functional improvement, normally are prepared graphs relative to the situation before and after the operation, with the overlap of both situation and indication of demolition and reconstruction.
The intervention project will be accompanied by a specialist report, outlining the methodology, objectives and ways, with particular attention to equipments, labour and materials used for the restoration.
